May the Memory of Your Loved One Bless the Lives of Others

Honor the memory of your loved ones by listing their name(s) in our annual  Book of Remembrance which also contains our moving Yizkor Service as well as prayers and poems for reflection.

We will once again feature our “Memory Garden”

In addition to listing the name of your loved ones in the traditional section of our book, you are invited to share warm remembrances - a favorite saying, short dedication or poem honoring the sacred memory of your loved one.
We look forward to seeing our garden of memories grow with each special remembrance.

Entries must be received by Friday, September 20th to ensure that your listing is included in the book. If you placed an entry in last year’s book, those names are found below. Please review carefully and make any changes if needed. To duplicate last year’s entry, simply indicate “same as last year.”

You may submit your entry using this on line form.

"At the beginning of the year and when it ends, we remember them.
As long as we live, they too will live.  For they are now a part of us as we remember them."

Name(s) of loved one(s)  (Please list exactly as you would like their names to appear)

In addition to listing the name of your loved ones in the traditional section of our book, you are invited to share warm remembrances - a favorite saying, short dedication or poem honoring the sacred memory of your loved one.   We look forward to seeing our garden of memories grow with each special remembrance.
We encourage all to engage in this act of thoughtful, generous tzedakah as a sacred way to honor loved ones, so their goodness will bless the lives of others.
