Areyvut (Community Mindedness)
Participating in the Madrichim program is a wonderful opportunity to work on leadership skills, earn volunteer hours, and give back to your Temple Israel community. Madrichim are always our first calls when looking for teens to volunteer or staff other programs, so participating in the program opens the door to many other opportunities.
Limud (Lifelong Learning)
You will be assigned to a class for the entire year. We will work with you and the teacher in your classroom to define your role based on your skills and interests. You will receive monthly training, as well as extensive preparation in the beginning of the year.
Application
To apply for the Madrichim program, you must be registered for the Academy or Jr. Academy. Teens should email sstein@tinyc.org to be sent an application, which will be reviewed by Sarah.
